Jeremy leads The Dixon Insurance Agency alongside his wife Erin. Together they've built one of Colorado Springs' most-trusted local agencies — known for honest guidance, hands-on claims help, and treating clients like neighbors.

I started in insurance in 2005 and purchased the Allstate agency in Woodland Park, CO in 2013. I enjoy the personal connection I have with customers and have built our agency on good and honest customer service. We recently merged into one agency located in Old Colorado City, but I look forward to providing the same level of service our Teller County customers have grown to appreciate and expect. My career has been built on helping customers navigate the insurance process with a goal of having them understand their coverage needs and trusting they're truly in Good Hands.

John is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of proven success in sales, executive leadership, and operations management across insurance, financial services, mortgage, SaaS, manufacturing, and healthcare. Throughout his career he's built high-performing organizations from the ground up while also driving growth and transformation within established companies. Known for developing talent and building winning cultures, John brings practical, hands-on leadership combined with strategic vision.

Outside of work you'll find me hiking, running, and enjoying the outdoors with my friends and family.
